Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required. We set up a sample ICP and run an initial account scoring pass against your TAM so you can see real signal before committing.

What's included in onboarding?

Every plan includes a dedicated onboarding session to configure your ICP criteria, connect your CRM, and set up your initial account scoring model. Growth and Enterprise plans receive a full 90-day Customer Success program with weekly check-ins.

Can I change plans mid-contract?

You can upgrade at any time — the cost difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. We don't lock you into annual terms without allowing for business-size changes.

How does account tracking work?

An "account" in TavMind is any company-level entity you want signals for. You can import account lists from your CRM, define TAM boundaries by industry and firmographics, or use our prospecting module to identify net-new accounts that match your ICP.

What integrations are included?

All plans include at least one native CRM integration (Salesforce or HubSpot). Growth and Enterprise plans include the full integration suite: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, and Slack. REST API access is available on Enterprise plans.

Is my data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). TavMind operates on SOC 2 Type II-ready infrastructure. We never use your customer data to train our models without explicit written consent, and we provide a DPA upon request for GDPR-covered data processing.
